KALAMAZOO, MI — April 24, 2025 — Aldevra, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), has once again been recognized by the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency (MVAA) as a Silver-Level Veteran-Friendly Employer for 2025. This marks the fourth consecutive year Aldevra has earned this prestigious designation, placing it among just 45 employers statewide to receive Silver-level recognition.
The MVAA’s Veteran-Friendly Employer (VFE) program honors organizations that demonstrate a strong commitment to recruiting, hiring, training, and retaining veterans and military-connected talent. To qualify for Silver status, employers must meet a series of requirements including active participation in MVAA programs and implementation of veteran-specific initiatives.
“As a veteran-owned company, supporting those who have served is core to who we are,” said Rodney Marshall, president & CEO of Aldevra. “We don’t just hire veterans—we build career paths that honor their service, leverage their skills, and invest in their future.”
Aldevra’s continued recognition underscores its commitment to fostering a workplace culture that supports veterans, aligning with the company’s mission: doing the hard stuff, getting it done, and doing it right.
