Aldevra recognized as 2020 awardee for U.S. SBA Region 5 Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year Award

16 July 2020 (Kalamazoo, MI) – Aldevra LLC is being recognized as one of the 2020 awardees for U.S. Small Business Administration Region 5 Small Business Prime Contractor of the Year award, presented by Michigan Celebrates Small Business. Aldevra will be honored at an awards ceremony during the 16th annual Michigan Celebrates Small Business virtual gala event, July 28, 2020. Register here for the virtual event here. Aldevra was formed in 2009 by current president & CEO Rodney Marshall. Marshall is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and minority entrepreneur. Over the last decade, Aldevra has successfully performed numerous contracts throughout the U.S. and overseas for government agencies and commercial customers, most recently expanding its e-commerce presence and creating a services division. The company provides food service and medical equipment, as well as installation, project management and staffing at the highest quality and best value.

Winners were selected by Michigan-based judges from the banking, economic development, entrepreneurship development, and venture capital communities. The selected companies also go through a rigorous due-diligence process.
