Aldevra Named 2024 Best Small Workplace by Fortune and Great Place to Work®

Aug 28, 2024 | News

Kalamazoo, Michigan — August 28, 2024 – Aldevra is proud to announce that it has been named to the 2024 Fortune Best Small Workplaces™ List, a prestigious recognition awarded by Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine. This year, Aldevra debuts on the list at No. 92, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey as one of the best places to work in the country.

“We’ve worked hard to create a workplace where people feel valued and supported, and it’s incredible to see this effort recognized on a national level,” said Rodney Marshall, President and CEO of Aldevra. “We take our annual employee surveys seriously, striving to follow best practices and do the right thing. It’s our entire team that creates this culture, and it’s an honor to be considered a best small workplace. We are excited to continue growing our team and welcome those who want to be part of a great workplace.”

The Best Small Workplaces list is highly competitive. To determine the list, Great Place To Work® analyzed the survey responses of more than 31,000 employees from companies across the U.S. with 10 to 99 employees. Survey responses provided a comprehensive picture of workplace experience, with honorees selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees across all demographics.

“Some of the strongest work cultures we measure every year come from companies with relatively small headcounts,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work®. “Companies that make this highly competitive list offer the care and support found at companies 10 times their size.”

This recognition builds on Aldevra’s ongoing success, having been Certified™ by Great Place To Work® for four consecutive years. In 2024, 100% of Aldevra’s employees said it’s a great place to work, compared to just 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
