Aldevra Apparent Awardee on OASIS+ Small Business Contract

Kalamazoo, MI – July 30, 2024 – Aldevra, a service-disabled veteran-owned small business and 8(a) small disadvantaged business, is proud to announce its selection as an apparent awardee in the Facilities Services domain under the new OASIS+ contract program by the General Services Administration (GSA).

The One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) program is a suite of six multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts with no ceiling and a potential 10-year period of performance, beginning with an initial five-year base period and a single five-year option. This initiative is designed to help federal agencies meet their procurement requirements for services-based solutions, streamlining procurement processes and delivering comprehensive services. The GSA’s OASIS+ program replaces the original OASIS contract, reflecting feedback from industry partners and aiming to enhance efficiency and accessibility for federal procurement. The current OASIS Small Business contract is slated to expire on December 19 and has seen approximately $30.6 billion in obligations since being opened for business in 2014, according to Deltek data.

“The OASIS+ contract program has been designated a best-in-class (BIC) contract program by the Office of Management and Budget and, over the next ten years, will offer federal agencies access to highly qualified contractors for their complex non-IT service requirements,” said Assistant Commissioner of the GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories and Federal Category Manager for Professional Services Tiffany T. Hixson.

Aldevra is one of the 1,383 small businesses awarded contracts across seven domains, highlighting the GSA’s dedication to fostering small business participation in federal contracting. Within the Facilities Services domain, Aldevra joins 140 other small businesses recognized for their expertise and high-quality service delivery.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by GSA and excited about the opportunities that the OASIS+ contract brings. This award is a testament to our team’s hard work, dedication, and relentless pursuit of quality,” said Rodney Marshall, president & CEO of Aldevra. “We’ve provided these types of services since 2018 and look forward to expanding our customer base and continuing to deliver exceptional results.”

The OASIS+ contract provides Aldevra with unlimited potential for growth and the opportunity to support a wide array of federal projects. With 29 Contract Line Items (CLINs), Aldevra will be able to offer a comprehensive range of facilities services, including maintenance and operations, environmental support, and energy management.
